In case your order is not delivered or is damaged during transit, we offer two options: a replacement or a complete refund based on your request. If you have received a partial order, we will issue a complete refund and charge you only for the products you have received.

Kindly allow a maximum of 30 business days from the day of shipment for your order to arrive. If you haven’t received your order after 30 days, or if you have received a notification that your order is on hold or returned to sender, please reach out to us by sending a ticket through the contact us section, and we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the products received, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the products. We will offer you a complimentary reshipment or refund for the specific product. Any queries received after 45 days of shipping will not be entertained.
